Sr. FP&A Manager (Hybrid Eligible)

As a Sr FP&A Manager you will lead, manage, and coordinate our business operations with specific focused responsibility on supporting financial review, affordability and performance. You'll lead financial planning and tracking and provide oversight into program budget preparation and cost controls. You will be the main responsible in business resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporate entities. You will also provide key analytics and guidance on opportunities to improve business performance. And you will serve as the core liaison between the multiple teams and business operations to support and fulfill their financial responsibilities.

Must-haves:

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Demonstrated experience of Profit and Loss statements 
• Proven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projections
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.

Preferred:

• Experience in management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical role in business, program or operations management
• Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
• A strong background in DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures
• Advanced knowledge of labor rate composition
•  An active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $138,634.92 - $190,623.01. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
