About the role

Are you looking to use your expert financial, analytical and leadership skills in an industry that supports and protects explorers and heroes? We could use your expertise on our team! As a Sr FP&A Manager you will lead, manage, and coordinate our business operations with specific focused responsibility on supporting financial review, affordability and performance. You'll lead financial planning and tracking and provide oversight into program budget preparation and cost controls. You will be the main responsible in business resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporate entities. You will also provide key analytics and guidance on opportunities to improve business performance. And you will serve as the core liaison between the multiple teams and business operations to support and fulfill their financial responsibilities.

Must-haves:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Demonstrated experience of Profit and Loss statements 
  • Proven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projections
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.

Preferred:

  • Experience in management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical role in business, program or operations management
  • Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
  • A strong background in DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of labor rate composition
  •  An active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $138,634.92 - $190,623.01. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
