You will also closely manage customer trade spending and identify any optimization opportunities:</p><p></p><p><u>Key Responsibilities</u></p><ul><li>Coordinate E2E monthly/weekly sales planning process for <b>German Mass</b> market customers to ensure accurate forecasting and prepare updates for the stakeholders</li><li>Analyze sales forecast accuracy and drivers for deviations and provide insights for the commercial team</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to control and optimize customer trade rebates</li><li>Conduct regular checks and review of the trade rebate accruals to ensure compliance and accuracy</li><li>Ensure SOX compliance with all related processes (CIW, Pricing, Revenue Recognition, Contracting)</li><li>Be a Sales contact partner for internal and external auditors</li><li>Coordinate SLOB management process</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we are looking for</b></p><p><u>Required Qualifications</u></p><ul><li>4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or related field</li><li>Financial knowledge ideally within FMCG market – revenue cycle oriented – familiar with trade margin structures</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and SAP experience</li><li>University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a related field</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques</li><li>Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Desired Qualifications</u></p><ul><li><b>German language highly advantageous</b></li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with sales team and management</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What’s in it for you</b></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary and Benefit <span>Package*        </span></li><li>Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time &amp; <span>More!        </span></li><li>Learning &amp; Development <span>Opportunities        </span></li><li>Kenvuer Impact <span>Networks        </span></li></ul><p><span>       </span></p><p>*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
