This is an outside sales role where you will engage with decision-makers, build strong relationships, and develop customized HVAC service solutions to meet client needs. What You’ll Do:

• Prospect & Generate Leads – Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
•  Build Relationships – Develop strong partnerships with business owners, property managers, and facility directors.
• Sell HVAC Service Agreements – Present and close preventative maintenance contracts that improve system efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Meet & Exceed Sales Goals – Drive revenue growth through proactive selling and relationship management.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team – Ensure seamless service delivery for new and existing clients.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Sales Experience – 2+ years in B2B sales, field sales, or HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Go-Getter Mentality – You’re comfortable knocking on doors, cold calling, and creating new opportunities.
• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to build trust and close deals effectively.
• HVAC Knowledge is a Plus – Experience in HVAC, facility maintenance, or technical sales is beneficial.
• Valid Driver’s License – Travel to client sites within the designated territory.
