Test Development Engineer (ATE)

abra Professional Services is seeking an ATE Test Development Engineer!

• The role includes development of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test stations, including digital tests and RF tests.

• The engineer will be responsible for test system development from the requirements definition stage through delivery of the test system to the customer and its maintenance.

• The role also includes technical characterization and definition of project documents such as SPEC, SOW, TRD.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Requirements

• Experience with multidisciplinary systems including hardware, software, RF, and digital.

• Experience working with measurement equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, Vector Network Analyzer).

• Experience in RF development / testing.

• Experience working with communication protocols such as TCP, UDP, SPI.

• Programming experience in C / C# / CVI – advantage.

• Writing drivers for standard measurement equipment and hardware components – advantage.

• Experience working with subcontractors (internal and external).

• Experience writing technical documents.
