Job Description

As an intern in our IT Solutions Management group, you will: 

Support OKR process: Help organize OKR planning activity, Ongoing tracking of OKR's using tools such as Zenry , Run Sprint retrospective meetings with the various OKR teams, Support objective leaders.

Support Solutions, such as:  Review and update documentation for IT Solutions , Assist in activities related to research of possible new solutions/vendors based on new customer demands, Support solution operations for doing special exercises such as maturity assessment.

Departmental support: Support regular reviews of cost and resource management for department project portfolios. Prepare slide deck for customer presentations. Support in organizing Department events, as needed. Support as required by department leadership. 

Qualifications

·    Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related discipline

·    Proficient with Microsoft Products specially PowerPoint (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point, IE, Windows)

·    Possess strong communication skills (written and oral)

·    Demonstrate a high level of organization, especially with documentation

·    Strong communications skills, verbal and written
