We are currently seeking a Power Platform Business Analyst to join our team in Remote, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

We are currently seeking a Power Platform Business Analyst to join our team in Dallas, TX (remote).

 

Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to elicit and document business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes to understand current state and desired future state. Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.

- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Define and document system workflows, data models, user interfaces, and configuration requirements. Work closely with developers and consultants to ensure the proposed solution aligns with business needs and technical feasibility.

- Configuration and Customization: Configure Power Platform to meet business requirements using out-of-the-box functionalities. Identify opportunities for customization or extensions and collaborate with developers to implement them. Ensure that the system is set up correctly to support business processes and data management.

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan, coordinate, and execute user acceptance testing activities. Develop test scenarios and scripts, guide end-users through testing processes, and ensure that identified issues are addressed and resolved. Document test results and obtain user sign-off on delivered functionalities.

- Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support during and after the implementation of Power Platform. Develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing assistance to users. Address user inquiries and issues, troubleshoot system problems, and provide timely resolutions.

- Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders and change management teams to facilitate smooth transitions during system changes or enhancements. Assist in developing communication plans, change impact assessments, and user adoption strategies. Identify and address potential resistance or challenges to change.

- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications, functional designs, system configurations, and user guides. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance, usage, and KPIs. Provide regular updates and status reports to project stakeholders.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, or system enhancements. Provide feedback and insights to the technical team for product enhancements and continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a business analyst.

- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst with a focus on implementing Power Platform.
