The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital channel programs for ABS Group, increasing brand awareness, developing a robust community of clients through promoting company products, services or events, and driving prospects to conversions through appropriate technology platforms. Part of a cross-functional Content, Media and Digital Marketing team, this role coordinates and publishes content to multiple digital channels such as the corporate website, email campaigns, press releases, blog posts, paid display/search advertising, and interactive media to drive effective customer-facing experiences and elevate the ABS Group brand. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist must have a proven track record working with various digital marketing channels, as well as a depth of hands-on experience using digital tools to easily deliver digital tactics without any technical assistance. Video editing skills a plus.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborates with the Digital Marketing Manager, business units, and other staff functions to advance and execute ABS digital marketing practices and programs.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and tactics that utilize digital channels.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and Content SMEs on the development of various digital projects to production.
- Manages one or more assigned digital channels (external websites, database management, CRM integration, lead generation, social media, marketing automation, email marketing, webinars, video, or analytics and digital metrics).
- Monitors and evaluates trends, data, usage, competitors, and market/business conditions; recommends and executes approaches to improve the effectiveness of ABS digital campaigns.
- Works with internal business partners on incorporating digital channel techniques into their work and the corporate culture.
- Innovates with new digital marketing tools and tactics to offer compelling content, media, or digital channels.
- Serves as a point of contact for corporate digital channel security crisis monitoring and response.
- Adheres to digital privacy compliance regulations on all projects.
- Builds positive relationships across organizations that foster a strong work environment.
What You Will Need:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3‒5 years of experience related to marketing and communications or public relations. A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a digital channel daily.
- Google AdWords certification or Google Analytics certification preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Requires a combination of hands-on writing, technical, and design skills.
- Strong writing skills are a requirement of this position, including editing and producing promotional content from concept to execution.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise social media software, enterprise marketing automation software, Adobe Creative Suite, webinar platforms, and enterprise content management systems.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- A sound working knowledge of all elements within MS Office is required. Expertise in creating excel reports and PowerPoint presentations to communicate metrics and ROI.
- Experience with SEO, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, or enterprise content management systems is preferred.
- Traditional communications experience such as public relations, marketing communications, and/or journalism for an organization with global operations. Agency experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and team skills.
- Ability to motivate others, and to work effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate in a larger framework.
- Must be able to assume a high level of individual responsibility.
- Professional creativity and flexibility are essential.
- Ability to develop a working knowledge of ABS Rules, Guides, statutory regulations, and related instructions, as well as the ABS Employee Safety Policy.
Reporting Relationships:
Reports to a Manager, Director, or Executive level position.
