Senior UX Designer - Mobility & GenAI

We are seeking a skilled Senior UX Designer with expertise in mobile applications and a passion for leveraging Generative AI to create innovative, user-centric experiences. In this role, you will design seamless, intelligent, and visually engaging mobile solutions that integrate AI-powered features. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science, to deliver cutting-edge mobile apps that redefine how users interact with AI-driven platforms.

What you'll do :

Lead Strategy & Execution

• Lead the UX design process for AI-enhanced mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly.
• Own the design vision for mobile applications, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Translate complex AI-driven features into intuitive mobile interactions, focusing on accessibility and usability across various devices and operating systems.

User Research & AI Integration

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of mobile users.
• Incorporate insights from Generative AI to design adaptive, personalized mobile experiences, such as context-aware interfaces, dynamic layouts, or predictive features.
• Analyze user data and feedback to refine mobile app designs and ensure they resonate with diverse user groups.

Prototyping & Validation

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize AI-powered mobile features and interactions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from usability tests, ensuring mobile applications deliver value while staying intuitive and engaging.
• Validate and refine AI-generated content and features to align with user expectations and needs.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to define and implement AI-driven mobile features.
• Advocate for human-centered design practices, ensuring Generative AI solutions align with ethical standards and user empowerment.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of AI-driven mobile experiences.

Design System & Documentation

• Contribute to or establish mobile-specific design systems, ensuring reusable components and scalable design patterns.
• Document specifications, interaction flows, and design guidelines to support seamless development and implementation of mobile applications.

Who you are :

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in User Experience, HCI, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on mobile applications and AI-driven platforms.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing mobile UX projects, with examples of AI-enhanced or intelligent features.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and mobile prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, responsive design, and familiarity with iOS and Android guidelines.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes specifically for mobile interactions.
• Knowledge of mobile-specific considerations, such as touch targets, gesture controls, and optimizing for various screen sizes.
• Ability to balance innovative design with functional simplicity, addressing the needs of diverse user groups.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive mobile interfaces.
