This advertisement is for a Career Service position located at the Region 1 Office (Gracevile CF) in the Classification Department.

 

Salary: $61,822.80 Annual Rate

 

SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT PAY POLICY.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares and review appropriate reports for Regional Leadership and command level staff. Provides detailed information regarding inmates, staff, and institutional actions in response to an incident.
  • Collects and analyzes statistical data on selected topics. Responsible for identifying any pertinent trends, preparing reports, recommending an approach to address the issue, make recommendations necessary to ensure compliance with Department of Corrections' policy and monitoring to ensure successful resolution.
  • Reviews correspondence and other inquiries, conducts research as required and prepares response/position.
  • Assists with monitoring institutional compliance with operational standards, required inspections, and reports.
  • Accepts special projects assigned and prepares the necessary materials to ensure the resolution of the issue.
  • Provide support and training to the regions and institutions, as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
