The BIRKENSTOCK Group is headquartered in Linz am Rhein and maintains several locations in Germany, as well as sales offices in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia.</span></p> <p><span>Join us in shaping the future at our location in <b>Köln</b> as a</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Shopfitting Specialist/ Interior Draftsman (m/w/d)</b></span></span></p> <p>​</p> <p> </p> <p>YOUR SHOES TO FILL:<br/>  </p> <ul> <li>Oversee construction projects for new store openings worldwide, including layout planning, facade design, 3D renderings, and producing construction drawings.</li> <li>Ensure design elements align with brand standards and functional requirements.</li> <li>Assist in developing retail concepts, furniture, and visual merchandising elements.</li> <li>Collaborate with global Birkenstock Sales &amp; Retail Teams, partners, and suppliers.</li> <li>Coordinate with furniture suppliers, building materials providers, and construction firms to ensure project quality and efficiency.<br/> <br/> YOUR WALK OF LIFE: </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or completed training as a Draftsman.</li> <li>Previous experience with construction drawings; experience in the retail sector is a plus but not mandatory.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS-Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Chaos Vantage, and Photoshop.</li> <li>Strong technical and economic understanding of construction processes.</li> <li>Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.</li> <li>Creative thinker with a passion for architecture and design, who is organized, flexible, goal-oriented, resilient, and a team player with strong communication skills.<br/>  </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span>WE OFFER:</span></span></p> <p><span>BIRKENSTOCK offers you all the advantages of a successful, fast growing, global company: dynamic work environment, considerable design freedom, authentic and open corporate culture and excellent development opportunities.
