<h2>Introduction Sentence</h2> <p>For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a </p> <h2>Your new job includes</h2> <p>In your new and exciting role as Team Leader (m/f/d) Strategic Purchasing, you will ensure professional purchasing in the categories of shopfitting, facility management and consumables and supplies by ensuring security of supply, availability and adherence to deadlines at an optimal price-performance ratio.<br/> In particular, you will</p> <ul> <li>be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management and further development of the strategic purchasing team </li> <li>independently analyze procurement markets and carry out the procurement process holistically from the offer phase and supplier selection to contract negotiations and the preparation of contract documentation  </li> <li>optimize supplier management and risk management in accordance with the LkSG in coordination with the specialist departments </li> <li>further develop strategic purchasing through process optimization and implement national and global purchasing strategies using synergy potential in close coordination with stakeholders </li> <li>work closely with the specialist departments, in particular with the Architecture department when carrying out tenders in the shopfitting category</li> <li>improve the managed spend rate and savings for the area of responsibility<br/>  </li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Profile</h2> <ul> <li>Degree in architecture, civil engineering or economics with solid technical knowledge </li> <li>Several years of management and professional experience in purchasing (construction services), store fitting or interior design or in the planning and calculation of these services</li> <li>Good knowledge of VOB and HOAI as well as construction contract design and transformation to international contracts </li> <li>Business fluent in German and English, both spoken and written</li> <li>Experience in dealing with common ERP systems, MS Office programs and ideally knowledge of ArchiCAD and ORCA or comparable software</li> <li>Empathic, communicative personality paired with a confident manner and negotiating skills</li> <li>A strategic, analytical and conceptual way of thinking and working<br/>  </li> </ul> <p>If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch.</p> <h2>Closure</h2> <p>Are you interested?
