Your Specific Responsibilities:

• Performing as the lead analyst of the Systems and Operations Unit.
• Responsible for Monitoring the Systems and Operations Inboxes upon request.
• Assisting the Systems and Operations Unit with completing monthly, weekly, and daily financial reporting.
• Assisting the Bureau of Finance and Accounting with special projects, as directed.
• Developing and updating desktop manuals, SOPs, and training materials to ensure compliance with Florida Statutes, Florida Administrative Code and Department of Health policies. Assisting with training while optimizing SOPs.
• Performing all job duties within the section and act as back up, as required.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

Knowledge of the FLAIR accounting system and state disbursements procedures. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the use of database software. Incumbent must have a clear understanding of auditing principles and methodology.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in FIS.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Axiom Pro.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office.

Minimum 1 year of experience in FLAIR.
