Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the logistics services provider segment within the supply chain industry.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Product Development:

• Collaborate with product development teams to enhance existing BY logistics solutions and introduce new features to meet market demands.
• Ensure the development of scalable, user-friendly, and technologically advanced logistics software.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and work collaboratively with the team to customize solutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Sales and Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the product marketing and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and support the sales process.
• Provide subject matter expertise during client presentations and meetings.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring that logistics services adhere to all relevant requirements.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for the logistics services provider segment.
• Implement cost-effective measures and strategies to maximize profitability.

Salary Range: $ 213,025.00 to $ 276,475.00

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
