About the Role
This role is central to advancing strategic initiatives within our legal business, providing the opportunity to collaborate across diverse teams to enhance our operational effectiveness and market leadership. With strong executive support and a focus on operational excellence, this position is key to driving clarity and alignment across our organization. We are looking for a dynamic Change & Communications Manager to lead our efforts in crafting a compelling change narrative and ensure that our employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with our strategic goals. In this position, you will develop and implement top-tier change management and communication strategies that foster engagement and clarity across global teams. You will work closely with colleagues from the Legal Innovation & Transformation office, as well as Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Commercial Excellence, to ensure that strategic messages are delivered effectively and inspire our people. Accountabilities
Collaborate with senior leaders to implement change management initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
Develop frameworks to demonstrate program value to employees and customers.
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and change readiness evaluations.
Work with leadership to craft a compelling narrative that communicates strategic objectives.
Ensure messaging resonates by connecting program goals to individual roles and team objectives.
Manage multi-channel communication plans for timely updates.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and promote change adoption.
Facilitate workshops and feedback loops to maintain open communication channels.
Act as an advisor for change champions, equipping them to advocate for strategic initiatives.
Support the rollout of training and onboarding for new processes and systems.
Establish metrics for measuring change adoption and engagement.
Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for executive visibility.
Monitor program success and gather insights to refine change management practices.
Identify opportunities for embedding change into the organization’s culture and ways of working.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field; Master’s preferred.
5+ years of experience in change management and internal communications, preferably within large-scale initiatives.
Proven ability to translate complex initiatives into relatable, value-driven messaging for diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels.
Agile mindset with adaptability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Additional Skills and Competencies:
Understanding of Change Process: A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, equipped with knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Exceptional Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and excellent active listening skills.
Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influencing others and moving toward a common vision or goal.
