We are looking for an experienced, highly effective Senior Manager to lead the creation, transformation, and growth of our Leave of Absence Product. Reporting to the VP of Care Operations, this role will act as the key leader for cross-functional program management responsible for both the operation and sales growth of the product line. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the scoping, build, launch and delivery of a new Leave of Absence product. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading initiatives - from inception to scale - in a cross-functional, high-growth, fast-paced work environment. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Program Management:
    • Drive programmatic success that maximizes program revenue while streamlining operations and improving quality
    • Drive and own ongoing program management, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of launches and ongoing cross-functional initiatives with outcomes that build a best-in-class product
    • Own the strategic planning and overall success of key programs, alongside stellar day to day execution and delivery with cross-functional partners
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Drive the tracking and reporting of KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the program and associated priorities
    • Build actionable insights to shape program strategy and delivery
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Build strong relationships across other departments, including Clinical Sales; Product and Engineering; Provider Operations; Sales and Customer Success; Marketing and Legal, amongst others, to ensure seamless program execution and smooth integration of processes 
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
    • Comfortable presenting to and developing a plan in partnership with Spring Senior Leadership
  • This role reports to the VP of Care Operations 
  • Limited travel as needed (10%)

  • Delivery of new services that drive differentiation and revenue growth for the business
  • Delivery of cost savings through the execution of cross-functional efficiency programs
  • On time, on budget delivery of program initiatives
  • Efficiencies in internal workflows and processes, driving SLA improvements and response times for key customer needs

  • 5+ years of experience working in operations and/or program management
