  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality through mentorship of staff

  • Define and lead finance transformation initiatives implementing or optimizing ERP / consolidation tools, FP&A platforms, BI dashboards, data pipelines, and self-service analytics to speed planning and improve decision quality

  • Drive integration of measurable talent analytics and reporting capabilities in collaboration with HR to enable real-time visibility into workforce metrics and trend analysis that support evidence-based decision-making, driving clear and consistent communication.

  • Build and develop talent: recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing finance team and foster strong business partnering capabilities throughout the organization

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Successful work history of 10+ years of finance experience leading FP&A, controllership, and strategic finance initiatives; demonstrable experience in leading M&A transactions (diligence, valuation, integration)

  • Extensive experience collaborating with executive team to develop and achieve organizational goals

  • Deep expertise in driver-based financial modeling, scenario planning, budgeting and forecasting, and advanced Excel; familiarity with modern FP&A/BI platforms and ERP/consolidation systems

  • Experience in insurance, brokerage, financial services, or professional services is highly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders, influence cross-functional decisions, and lead complex transformation programs
