IT Applications Mgmt Sr Mgr – Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Responsibilities

In this role, the person will work with business leaders, business experts, project management office, and partners to deliver technology solutions for critical business needs and opportunities. The person will have the opportunity to influence the business process, to define solution roadmap, and to affect the business outcome.

Area of Focus

Person will 

• Be the IT owner and manage the application portfolio related to Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Introduce and explain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to business groups.
• Explore with business the opportunity for streamlining and automating processes.
• Manage business demands, collaborate to prioritize, and roadmap the implementation plan.
• Influence end-to-end business model and process, gather business requirements, and develop effective design.
• Estimate efforts, assess the staffing requirements, collaborate with our IT partner(s) for resource allocation, and communicate & align the roadmap with business team and IT partner(s)
• Drive implementation of initiatives and sustaining operations
• Provide project management oversight on project plans, execution, and outcome.
• Collaborate and communicate on progress, risks with mitigation plan, and opportunities.

We are a global IT organization with 24x7 operation to enable and support our business users. Thus, the position requires working with teams from different time zones and geographic locations.

Our solutions use Automation Anywhere RPA platform and interacts with various SaaS applications, SAP CRM, SAP ECC, Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud, Oracle Cloud Applications (CPQ, OSC), purpose -build web applications, and business to business integrations. 

Minimum Qualifications

• B.S. degree 
• 8+ years of relevant experience in designing and delivering technology solutions. 
• 4+ years of experience working with RPA platform such as Automation Anywhere.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum qualification plus
• Experience with Enterprise Business Applications, Document Process of structured and unstructured data
• Business process understanding of core business groups such as Marketing, Sales, Service, Workplace Services, Finance, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, Human Resources.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and drive solution delivery.

Minimum Salary: $148,544.00

Maximum Salary:$213,532.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $148,544.00 and $213,532.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
