About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our most critical software development projects. The ideal candidate will have an extensive technical background in software development, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing large-scale SaaS projects.

What would you do:

• Managing project scope, timeline, risks, and commercials (contract, budget, percentage of completion, change requests, etc.)
• Partner up with the customer project manager in actively driving implementation projects to success, starting with an on-point definition and management of project goals and success criteria.
• Managing the change and leading the communication with the customer to address typical implementation challenges as a team – being well aware of the importance of joint team building with the customer’s project team
• Actively supporting the sales organization to pitch implementation proposals to customers and prospects, and preparing and reviewing project scope definitions, effort and budget estimates, and risk assessments – internally and with customers

Who you are? / What we expect:

• 10+ years of experience in project management within the software development industry, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role, preferably in SaaS.
  
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, architecture, and technologies.
  
• Proven experience in managing complex, large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

The icing on the cake:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in after-sales domain
• Field Service/Warranty Management/Pricing/Supply Chain experience
