ARC Health OPCO (ARC) is the newest generation Management Service Organization (MSO) for mental healthcare. Headquartered in Independence, OH ARC is a fast-growing, affiliation-led platform that focuses exclusively on partnering with and operating mental health practices under the ARC business model. ARC will allow practices to focus on the clinical aspects of the business by relieving the growing administrative burden facing medical practices today.
The Systems Administrator, reporting directly to the Director of Infrastructure, will play a key role in supporting the maintenance, operations, and enhancement of ARC Health’s computing, storage, voice, video, and data network environments. This position is integral to ARC Health’s infrastructure journey, including the transition to fully cloud-based solutions and the enhancement of security measures. By combining industry best practices with hands-on management, the Systems Administrator will drive day-to-day efficiency across internal and outsourced infrastructure operations, ensuring all technical support services are effective and meet the organization’s high standards across all departments.
Key responsibilities
· Infrastructure and Security Development: Collaborate with the Director of Infrastructure to design, implement, and manage systems and processes that support ARC Health’s infrastructure and security objectives, fostering a reliable and secure technical environment.
· Security Compliance and Adaptation: Work closely with internal teams and external resources to ensure the infrastructure meets current security standards, adapts to evolving security requirements, and aligns with industry best practices.
· Vendor and Service Provider Management: Maintain productive relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring that their goals align with ARC Health’s objectives and that infrastructure projects are executed seamlessly.
· Desktop Solutions and Help Desk Management: Oversee the consistency, accessibility, and ease of use of desktop solutions for all employees, including efficient management of help-desk operations to provide prompt support.
· Service Monitoring and Improvement: Continuously monitor the performance of infrastructure and support services, implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
· Strategic Collaboration: Partner with IT leadership, business unit leaders, and service providers to identify and implement strategic solutions that boost operational effectiveness and cost efficiency.
· Stakeholder Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and organizational leaders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on technology initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Infrastructure, contributing to the overall success of ARC Health’s infrastructure goals.
· Experience: At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in managing and supporting complex IT environments, demonstrating a strong record of operational success.
· Project Management: Proven project management skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of handling multiple projects effectively.
· Vendor Relations: Skilled in managing vendor relationships for infrastructure services and solutions, including reviewing contracts, statements of work, and other related documents.
· Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of current technology trends, including cloud computing and automation, and their influence on IT operations and service delivery.
· Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and build relationships with staff at all levels within the organization.
· Software Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software, with the ability to leverage these tools in day-to-day tasks.
· Analytical and Critical Thinking: Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a critical approach to troubleshooting and improvement.
