Responsibilities:

• Define the sales strategies and tactics for the mid and long term, taking into account the market trends and threats and opportunities.
• Designs the mid-long term execution plan and aligns the sales organisation and support functions.
• Leading the Sales team to deliver profitable business growth through various tactics and execution plans – application-, service-, and market development, route to market, geographic expansion, etc.
• Delivers year over year the annual budget (volume, revenue, margin, profit) for CF&S Americas
• Support and Strategic Marketing in developing marketing strategies and programs to drive growth in the segment
• Responsible for pricing, payment terms and sales terms.
• Ensures defining and maintaining Key Accounts and builds and manages strong customer relations with Key Accounts using his sales team and other Freudenberg staff to drive stability and partnerships with key customers.
• Ensuring adequate processing of customer complaints and providing solutions, taking into account the preservation of the customer relationship.
• Leading the execution of duties within segments, designing an effective organization, dealing with personnel matters to ensure optimal performance of the department, and driving talent development ensuring the people bring their best. This chiefly entails:
• Allocating tasks and assigning priorities; intervention, solving problems;
• Coordinating and synchronizing activities with other departments;
• Driving employee engagement.

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor degree in a relevant course
• Relevant commercial training
• Excellent business understanding
• Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing
