Job Description

The role

As a Walmart Optician, you'll play a vital role in providing quality eye care services to our customers. You'll assist them in selecting the perfect eyewear, perform adjustments and repairs, and work closely with our licensed optometrists to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. 👓

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized eye care services to customers, helping them choose the best eyewear for their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Perform adjustments, repairs, and fittings of glasses and contact lenses.
  • Collaborate with licensed optometrists to ensure the highest level of customer care.
  • Participate in vision screenings, outreach programs, and charitable events supporting eye health and wellness.

Qualifications

  • Active CA dispensing license.
  • Valid ABO/NCLE certification.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • You are passionate for helping people see better and feel confident about their vision.
  • You enjoy interacting with customers and providing them with personalized solutions for their eye care needs.
