Relationship Manager, Customer Growth

Your job will be to identify growth opportunities and negotiate annual contracts, increasing account value &amp; stability. You will also work with our relationship management team to smoothly transition the annual contracts you’ve closed.</p> <h2>What will I be doing? 🚀</h2> <ul> <li>Outbounding into month-to-month customer base to expand and/or convert to annual agreements</li> <li>Holding thorough discovery calls</li> <li>Navigating stakeholders to move customers from monthly to annual agreements</li> <li>Prescribing and demoing Intercom products</li> <li>Expanding use cases and capturing additional contract value by helping businesses purchase for future scale</li> <li>Managing complex legal and procurement processes</li> <li>Negotiating contracts  </li> </ul> <h2>What skills do I need? 📖</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years experience as an Account Executive</li> <li>1+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products</li> <li>Strong sales instincts and track record hitting and exceeding quota</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication</li> <li>Experience multithreading in an organization</li> <li>Ability to navigate complex deal cycles (legal procurement)</li> <li>Exhibits a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Benefits 😍</h2> <p>We are a well treated bunch, with awesome benefits!
