Implementation Project Manager
We’re looking for a strong Project Manager to support several areas of focus.  The two key areas are implementation of both new and existing clients as well as special projects that span across numerous teams or accounts for the benefit of the whole.  If you are looking for an opportunity to lead various projects, provide thoughtful consultation, build relationships across the organization, and exercise your creativity skills, we are looking for you!

 

Your responsibilities
•    Liaise with BCD leaders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives of project 
•    Create and maintain a comprehensive project plan driving results while keeping everyone on task and accountable
•    Host discovery sessions with client/BCD teams to identify existing processes and make recommendations for enhancement 
•    Develop process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
•    Support recruiting efforts for new hires and develop training plans

 

You’re good at
•    Managing multiple projects with a high volume of deliverables
•    Organizational and interpersonal skills including client management
•    Voicing concerns in a diplomatic way
•    Process improvement and design thinking
•    Speaking in front of people

 

You might also have
•    Minimum five (5) years' experience in meetings & events, operations. 

•    Writing skills for marketing blogs or articles

•    Research experience to find valuable content for thought leadership projects
