Senior Partner Account Executive, Grade 16, $99,200 - $124,000 per fiscal year
Principal Partner Account Executive, Grade 17, $114,320 - $142,900 per fiscal year

As our Partner Account Executive, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our partners. Your role is about listening, connecting the right people, and creating space for collaboration so everyone wins.
It's responsible for generating revenue and reaching profit and margin goals by the day-to-day management and growth of assigned partner accounts. This position will develop and implement strategies intended to grow Sourcewell's participating agency user base by identifying, landing. and leveraging strategic partners. This person will represent Partnerships at internal and external meetings.
Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in the development and implementation of a strategic plan to achieve P&L goals for assigned partner accounts.
Assist with development of a strategic plan to acquire, manage, and develop partnerships that advance Enterprise Solution goals.
Manage relationships with internal solution owners, Government Accounts, Marketing, strategic partners, and external consultants or SMEs to identify current or future partnership needs.
Consult with solution owners and other internal partners on the best use of partnerships to support and drive their growth plans.
Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, supplier, and agency unique needs to identify current and future partnership needs.
Attend trade shows, conferences, meetings, and other events to evaluate potential partnership or event opportunities.
Gain an understanding of government structure, legal requirements, and internal policies that impact current or future partnerships.
With guidance, develop an evaluation criterion to assess the effectiveness of partnerships in driving embracement and adoption of Sourcewell solutions.
2. Manages partnerships from inception to renewal.
With support develop new strategic partnerships to support the Enterprise Solutions strategic plan.
Identify potential partners by researching the industry, agency needs, and competitive landscape to develop recommendations that advance Sourcewell's growth plans.
Initiate and nurture relationships with potential partners to ensure that there is alignment between both side's goals and objectives.
With support, actively connect with potential partners and negotiate agreements and contracts that meet the Public Purpose doctrine and advance Sourcewell's goals and objectives.
Ensure that partnership agreements are well-documented and communicated to key stakeholders and that these stakeholders are involved with deciding whether agreements are extended, modified, or ended.
Manage the relationship with partner accounts and communicate frequently with partners to ensure that deliverables are being met and value to Sourcewell is maximized.
Collaborate with partner accounts, solution owners, and outside consultants to develop marketing strategies and tactics to support the partnerships and Sourcewell's objectives.
3. Capture and develop Voice of Customer insights from and for partners.
Manage the process of capturing insights from partners about current and future trends in their specific space and in the broader government space.
Represent partners to internal Sourcewell teams to establish strategies, focus Government Relations efforts, enhance the procurement processes, and improve other procedures to ensure that our internal efforts allow for sustained growth.
With support, lead advisory committees and focus groups in collaboration with the Marketing team and other key internal and external stakeholders.
Manage relationships with industry consultants, associations, and publications.
