Your team

You’ll be working within our WM US Chief Administrative Office (CAO) as part of our Teaming & Talent Development (TTD) organization reporting to the Head of Training Strategy and Delivery. Teaming & Talent Development delivers high-impact programs and resources to enhance the skills, behaviors, and capabilities of Field Leaders, Financial Advisors, Team Associates, and their teams.

By providing these comprehensive tools and learning opportunities, TTD equips the Field with the
means to drive asset growth, recruit and retain top talent, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of field leadership development in Wealth Management.

Your expertise

• strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, along with expertise in training and development
• proactive, critical thinker with a collaborative personality
• strong planner focused on organization and details, with no problem delivering against tight
deadlines
• experience in Financial Services is a plus as is a basic knowledge of the Wealth Management business

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $90000 to $120000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
