Your team
You'll work on our US GWM Recruiting Team based in Weehawken, NJ.
Your expertise
• ideally 10+ years proven experience as a full lifecycle recruiter
• ability to build relationships with very experienced stakeholders and act as a true consultant.
• a track record in organization, skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, managing data and achieving deadlines
• data interests you (i.e. social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, compensation etc.)
• experience sourcing and closing for multiple positions at a time and managing for an ever changing requisition workload
• the ability to exercise strong judgement when it comes to external recruitment agency costs and resource management
• experience hiring executive and managing director level candidates
