This is an onsite position.
This role will support the Cost and Schedule Analysis Department in the Navy Aviation Division at ManTech. In this role, candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and integration of program plans and schedules, as well as ensuring compliance for programs with Earned Value Management System requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Translate complex technical inputs into actionable data to build and maintain Integrated Government Schedules (IGS)
Build IGS products using critical path methodology that support full project life cycle execution
Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including independent Estimates at Completion (EACs), Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs), and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
Provide timely, actionable schedule and cost performance inputs to government reporting systems, including Interim Program Assessment Review System (IPARS), Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), Selected Acquisition Reports (SAR), and Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES)
Analyze and synthesize Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to inform strategic scheduling decisions
Deliver accurate schedule and cost analyses using MS Project, Excel, and Power BI to support data-driven project decisions
Create compelling visualizations and reports for senior stakeholders using MS Project, OnePager Professional, Power BI, and PowerPoint
Lead cross-functional schedule meetings to align government and contractor efforts and ensure schedule integrity
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree with 4+ years relevant experience; OR an Associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; OR HS Diploma may be substituted with 10+ years of relevant experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience with networked schedule development, maintenance, and analysis using critical path method, baselines, and status (i.e., milestones, tasks, duration, and lead/lag)
Experience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Experience using Earn
