We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our growing team in Tampa. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are passionate about leadership, communication strategy, and professional development. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, team leadership, and campaign execution while working directly with senior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of communication strategies and projects

• Participate in leadership training and shadow executive-level meetings

• Support internal teams with research, data analysis, and reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project delivery

• Attend and contribute to training sessions, workshops, and team briefings

• Take initiative on team leadership tasks and process improvements

• Learn and apply leadership principles in a fast-paced, real-world environment

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field (or in progress)

• Strong interest in leadership and professional development

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
