About the Role:

The Sr. Regional People Business Partner (RPBP) will work closely with team leaders to develop and implement comprehensive people strategies that enable the organization to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent. The RPBP will thoroughly understand both Trace3’s strategic objectives and day-to-day operations. The RPBP will build strong partnerships with its leaders and employees, collaborates and coordinates with the regional offices to ensure delivery of high quality, people-focused services that align with company’s goals. The position serves as consultant to leadership on strategic decision-making, including organizational effectiveness talent and performance management, leadership development and change management.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Accountable for one or more people functional areas (compensation, benefits, employee relations, learning and development, training, performance management, HR systems)
  • Actively and continually engage with the teams to develop a deep understanding of business operations and strategies to anticipate and recommend effective HR strategies and practices aligned with the needs
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and/or resolve problems by translating organizational priorities into appropriate HR solutions
  • Provide leadership to managers and associates on the application of company policies and procedures
  • Establish and implement overall workforce strategy, organizational design, change management and workforce planning to drive business transformation for the regions
  • Lead talent strategy and process to develop a highly engaged and productive team
  • Champion career development and recognition initiatives to increase and sustain high level of employee engagement
  • Align performance management to drive and reinforce a culture of high performance and innovation within the business units 
  • Works with other Regional People Business Partners in rolling out corporate-wide people initiatives to business units
  • May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college required
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in a progressive Human Resources role
  • SPHR/PHR preferred certification is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of human resources concepts, policies and procedures, including employment practices, employee relations which may include labor relations, salary administration, talent management, employee engagement, workforce deve
