Your internship will be mainly in the area of our Global Graduate Programme. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized intern to join our team. You will provide valuable support to the Head of the Vestas Graduate Programme, contributing to the success and efficiency of the program. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong interest in talent development and programme coordination.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a range of multi-disciplinary tasks that provide crucial support. These tasks include:
Provide administrational support such as
- Assist in scheduling appointments and organizing group meetings and maintain project overviews
- Creating email drafts, sending out reminders and invites
- Help collecting travel information in recruitment process and interface with the travel team
- Maintain organized records, databases, and files related to the programme
- Drafting content for social media, power point presentations and surveys
Taking responsibility for event planning and execution such as
- Help plan and organize recruitment events, webinars, workshops, camps and other programme-related activities
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation incl prints
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Human Resources, Communication)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Interest in talent development, human resources, or programme/event coordination
Competencies
- Curious learner and understands how to collaborate
- Great listening skills and open to give and receive feedback
- Proactive, high resilience, capacity of dealing with ambiguity and handling fast change
- Have a keen understanding of what works in practice in a complex, global organisation
- Experienced user of MS PowerPoint and other MS Tools

Additional information
The work location will be in Aarhus, DK.
The internship is unpaid (You will have paid lunch and reimbursement of transportation cost in case of longer commute).
