Job Description

The internship will take place in the Occupant Safety Systems division of the Vehicle Motion division at Bosch. Here we develop airbag control units, which are responsible for the correct deployment of airbags in the event of a vehicle crash. In the system architects team, we use a model-based approach to create the system architecture, which forms the basis for a variety of further development activities, such as software development, functional safety and cybersecurity engineering.

• During your internship, you will develop a tool to help developers perform security analysis based on the system architecture.
• You will learn our systems modelling approach and tool (IBM Rhapsody), as well as the principles of security analysis and the basics of related tools.
• This involves close collaboration with our internal tools team.

Qualifications

• Education: Master studies in the field of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: in C# or Java, IDEs such as Eclipse and MS Visual Studio
• Personality and Working Practice: team-oriented, motivated, independent and systematic
• Enthusiasm: interest in the field of model-based engineering
• Languages: very good in English, German is a plus

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
