Here, the future is quite literally in your hands—and when it is not, chances are it is flying overhead in a drone, a satellite, or in the cloud at a datacenter! As an ideal candidate, you will have experience providing IT support in distributed, cloud-heavy environments. Key Responsibilities

- Install and configure new Windows and Mac laptops.
- Lead and contribute to IT projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and adhere to company governance processes.
- Manage the procurement of IT equipment and accessories and coordinate shipping as needed.
- Administer Active Directory, Linux accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Administer the Office 365 platform, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams sites.
- Research and implement new technologies and vendors to enhance stability and support business processes.
- Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-users.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a System/Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in creating and updating process procedures.
- Strong knowledge and experience in LAN and Wi-Fi networking, network printers, laptop/workstation hardware, and network troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Mac OS software installation.
- Solid experience with physical and virtual servers (VMware), and operating systems including Windows and Linux.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation.
- Proven administration experience with Microsoft products, including on-premises and Azure Active Directory, MFA, and Microsoft Intune.
- Collaborative attitude to support colleagues and departments with technical issues.
- Experience with international office communications.
- Knowledge of data management and governance principles.
- Familiarity with GDPR privacy standards and controls.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent proven work history.
- $80,000 to $110,000 annually. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
