Associate Project Manager - Critical Environments

Job Summary Assists in project management services on assigned JLL client projects, focusing on technical/mission critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support

• Assist in developing project goals, schedules, and budgets
• Support client communication and rapport-building
• Help coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain documentation
• Contribute to project budget development
• Assist in managing vendor and contractor selection processes
• Participate in project meetings and coordination exercises
• Help monitor project performance against schedules and milestones

Team Collaboration

• Support senior team members in project execution
• Assist in maintaining project and client-related information

Learning and Development

• Develop understanding of JLL procedures, methodology, and practices
• Gain knowledge of various project management aspects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or related activity
• Basic knowledge of architectural drawings and space planning concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and MS Project
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Certifications/Licenses

• LEED, PMP certifications are a plus

Work Conditions

• May work at client site or project location
• Some travel may be required (0-25%)

Estimated total compensation for this position:

67,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
