• Supervises the implementation of the defined application development roadmap to meet the organization's engineering and technology strategy.
• Fulfills adherence to application development processes, standards, methods and logic for large-scale enterprise software.
• Works with the functional team to create vision and maximize efficiency, reliability and value from application development activities.
• Applies technical expertise to ensure components of solutions or infrastructures are well-defined and modularized, secure, reliable, diagnosable, actively monitored and reusable.
• Enhances working relationships with peers across the engineering teams, collaborating to develop solutions, and provides mentoring/training to junior members of the team.
• Contributes to an engineering culture that fosters innovation and creativity while delivering high quality products with predictability and reliability.

Princeton - NJ - US: $171,020 - $207,236

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
