Sr. HR Business Partner

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) 
• Previous experience supporting a Services organization, preferred. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR Certification preferred.
• Previous experience with HRIS software; ADP preferred.
• Strong understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
• Less than 10% travel

What you will be doing?

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr HRBP) position is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the organization.  This position will support our Services organization and will formulate partnerships to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects WWT's core values and business objectives of the organization.
