Job Description
The Executive Assistant is responsible for:
- Managing calendars/schedules, travel arrangements, and daily business needs for the CEO and CFO
- Preparing routine and ad-hoc business reports and presentations
- Serving as the receptionist to answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle inbound and outbound mail deliveries
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the office
- Communicating and coordinating with building management to address facility issues
- Providing administrative support to other business leaders, as needed
Qualifications
Our ideal Executive Assistant will possess the following qualifications:
- College degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred
- 3+ years of experience providing direct support to the executive/senior leader(s) within an organization
- High proficiency with MS Office 365 applications
- Ability to regularly work on site Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Willingness to perform varying levels of administrative tasks, from making coffee and cleaning the office to preparing executive reports and presentations
- Reliable with a strong attendance history
- High adaptability to the varying needs and demands of the business
- Proactiveness and ability to stay ahead of upcoming events and anticipate executive needs
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Additional Information
- This is an onsite position working Monday - Friday from approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
