About the role


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in writing CAD scripts for synthesis/implementation/sign-off tools.
  • Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools and flows and Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools and methodologies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in advanced technology nodes.
  • Experience in evaluating multiple vendor solutions and driving tool decisions.
  • Knowledge of computer architecture and exposure to technology nodes across foundries.
  • Proven track record of delivering metric driven PPA flow development and support.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop industry leading high performance and low power complex design flows for advanced CPUs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient flows, tools, and features.
  • Perform technical evaluations of vendors, process nodes and IP, and provide recommendations.
  • Create flow spec and documentation. Support and train execution teams based on developed tools and flows.
