Position Overview
The Appointment Sales Associate plays a key role in driving the growth of 3 Day Blinds by connecting prospective and returning clients with our design consultants. This position is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, scheduling in-home consultations, and delivering an outstanding first impression of our brand. The role combines customer engagement, persuasive communication, and a strong commitment to service excellence.
What you'll do
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify leads for in-home or virtual design consultations.
- Build rapport with potential and returning clients, ensuring a high-quality, customer-first experience.
- Communicate detailed product knowledge about 3 Day Blinds’ custom window treatments — including blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies.
- Explain the benefits of our shop-at-home consultations with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Utilize proven sales strategies to generate excitement and secure appointments quickly and efficiently.
- Support sustained year-over-year sales growth by collaborating effectively with design consultants and sales leadership teams.
- Manage and respond to internal and external emails and chat communications accurately and promptly.
- Partner with district and regional sales teams to accommodate client requests and scheduling needs.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve client experience and optimizing the sales cycle.
- All other duties as assigned
Who you are
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of call center or customer service experience.
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation preferred.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals who thrives on meeting and exceeding goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management abilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and dependable, with a positive “can-do” attitude.
