About the role

This is a remote position.

  Schedule: 20 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM

  • Saturday: 5 hours (flexible between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
    Client Timezone: Perth, Australia

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact with warm, interested prospects who have already expressed interest in building or acquiring their dream home. As an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a key role in connecting with potential homebuyers, understanding their needs, and qualifying them for life-changing property investments.

Your work directly impacts families taking their first step into homeownership, making this both professionally rewarding and financially meaningful. You’ll be working with a pre-qualified database of warm leads, using proven scripts and comprehensive knowledge base resources to guide conversations toward successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company
  • Build genuine rapport and trust with potential clients interested in house and land packages
  • Conduct financial qualification conversations in a professional, empathetic manner
  • Accurately document lead details, client needs, and qualification outcomes in the CRM system
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team based on specific criteria
  • Follow proven call scripts and access training resources as needed
  • Support first-time home buyers by guiding them through the early stages of their property journey
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and appointment outcomes

Qualifications

  • Experience in the real estate or building industry
  • Strong qualifying and appointment-setting skills with a consultative approach
  • Clear, professional, and well-spoken communication skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (highly preferred)
  • Proven experience in outbound calling and lead engagement
  • Track record of success in appointment setting or sales support roles
  • Background working with Australian clients or within similar time zone alignment preferred
  • Experience in documenting conversations and maintaining CRM accuracy
  • Strong qualifying and appointment-setting skills, including professional financial qualification conversations
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and record-keeping
