From your PASSION to ours
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing support in an HR environment by managing the full life-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall recruitment strategy attracts, recruits, and selects high-performing employees that drive the business forward. Full-life cycle recruiting involves partnering with HR and hiring managers; sourcing candidates; delivering creative and proactive solutions, fostering relationships with external agencies, and providing advice and guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection. You will lead and/or support projects that focus on improving the candidate experience and recommend processes and tools that drive a successful recruitment model.
This role is HYBRID – onsite in our Bedford, NH offices three days per week. This role will also need to be onsite at our Londonderry, NH facility on occasion, and have flexibility to be onsite additional days (during the normal Monday – Friday workweek) as business demands.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Manage full life cycle recruiting process from in-take to offer acceptance including job postings, sourcing, pre-screen, interview scheduling, and preparing and extending offers for all Corporate and Industrial Salaried positions, which includes two corporate offices and three industrial plants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners to create a best in class hiring experience for internal partners and candidates.
- Prepare job descriptions and interview questions based on robust intake calls that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Make recommendations on an on-going basis for continuous improvement of processes and practices.
- Create and manage comprehensive recruiting strategies, selection criteria, recruitment processes and procedures, and leveraging internal and external resources to hire top talent.
- Build and maintain an external talent pipeline and maintain relationships with talent for future opportunities.
- Providing research and statistical information, collecting, preparing, and analyzing information to use as resources for Talent Acquisition.
- Ownership of the annual Internship Program, working in partnership with HR and hiring managers to drive participation and execute events.
- Participate in the USA Talent Acquisition Workgroup which focuses on system and process improvements that bring efficiency and consistency to TA across the Lactalis USA businesses.
- Responsible for the Lactalis U.S. Yogurt LinkedIn company page, partnering with Communications and Sr. Talent Development Manager on the content calendar and creation and execution of posts.
- Other related ad-hoc projects.
- Travel and / or extended or off work hours may be required.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years recruiting experience with a combination of Direct Hire Agency experience plus Corporate Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting sites (i.e., Indeed).
- Previous experience with passive candidate recruitment.
