Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent OR
• equivalent experience
• 3 years’ experience in a customer service field or analytical field OR
• 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable position
• ability and willingness to adjust one's style or approach in response to differing circumstances or to work in ambiguous situations
• ability to work effectively without close supervision or guidance
• ability to self-direct work activities and take action on tasks without direction from a supervisor
• ability to manage time so that the priority of the activities determines the timing and amount of attention they receive
• ability to perform arithmetic computations
• ability to determine, apply, and perform necessary arithmetic operations to solve practical math problems
• ability to inspect, cleanse, transform and model data from various sources with the goal of discovering useful information/trends, informing conclusion and supporting decision-making
• ability to effectively resolve problems
• ability to develop and maintain professional, trusting, positive, and productive working relationships with associates, managers, customers, and vendors
• ability to manage and resolve conflict or disputes between individuals
• ability to use “active listening” techniques
• ability to prepare clear, accurate, understandable, and professional written text in English
• basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• availability to work weekends and extended hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or any other analytical discipline
• 5 years’ experience in a customer service field or analytical field OR
• 4 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable position
• knowledge of Facilities
• knowledge of Contract Language
• knowledge of SAP and Power Apps
