Senior Product Analyst

At ProducePay, we believe strongly in driving business strategies and decisions with evidence-based data, rather than intuition, opinion, or assumption. As a key member of our product and analytics team, we are looking for a Senior Product Analyst who will lead our analytical efforts in support of our product-led digital transformation.

As a builder and a leader, you’ll be building crucial forecasting algorithms, dashboards that drive insight and action, and acting as a consultant with multiple product groups and stakeholders. You will be working with various functional teams and help translate business needs into requirements and identify efficiency opportunities. You’ll interact with stakeholders in product, engineering, operations, and sales to build a data-driven culture and deploy analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy forecasting algorithms for produce pricing opportunities
• Develop, maintain, and manage dashboards and reports to support our products
• Act as a consultant for experimentation strategies (A/B testing, causal inference)
• Identify trends and growth opportunities through rigorous data analysis
• Provide quality assurance of imported data
• Identify opportunities to improve data, products, and business processes

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
• Experience as an analyst or data scientist in a senior level role
• Experience with forecasting and time series analysis
• Expert level knowledge and experience with SQL (Snowflake)
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in Python and/or R
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Top-notch analytic skills, including data mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
• Ability to succeed in a collaborative work environment and work cross-functionally
• Knowledge of Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus
