Warehouse Manager
Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products. This role is responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy, safety, productivity, and customer service while optimizing warehouse processes and team performance.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.

Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, workflows, and best practices.

Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.

Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff; manage scheduling, performance, and development.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Coordinate logistics with carriers, vendors, and internal departments.

Monitor and analyze KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, and space utilization.

Optimize warehouse layout, equipment, and storage solutions for efficiency.

Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.).

Manage budgets, control costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
-
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic ERP software.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

OSHA certification or knowledge of safety regulations is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and lift/move products as required.

Working Conditions

Full-time, on-site position.

This role offers a salary range of $75,000 – $85,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and location. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and time off.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; Associate degree with equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
Experience
- 3+ years of warehouse or operations management experience required.
Certifications
- HACCP certification required; Food Safety certification required; Forklift certification required.
Technical Proficiency
- Proficient with all computer applications; strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control required.
Other Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
