Your Impact

We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical individual to join our dynamic marketing team as the Director of Growth Marketing. This position will drive customer acquisition and overall consumer revenue growth for our Fashion and Luxury brands, including Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, Esquire, Veranda and Town & Country. The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager and critical thinker with deep understanding of performance marketing and acquisition KPIs.  They should possess a demonstrated ability to act quickly and proactively to solve problems effectively. As a strategic thinker, they should excel in collaborating with cross-functional groups, leveraging data to inform decisions, and implementing innovative marketing strategies. This role involves representing the broader team across all marketing and email initiatives for these brands, ensuring alignment and driving strong execution. This individual will own and aggregate overall performance and budgets for the Fashion and Luxury Group, synthesizing updates to Group leads. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing plans that align brand strategies and business objectives. 
  • Lead performance marketing across social media, while collaborating with channel experts across paid search and email to ensure alignment with brand goals and positioning. 
  • Manage the overall paid media budget to ensure maximum ROI while driving growth. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support overall budget management and reforecasting. 
  • Develop strategies, executions, and experimentation to drive scale while also ensuring CAC and ROI. 
  • Create marketing plans to support specific brand initiatives, clearly defining goals, KPIs to measure success, timelines, and summarizing results. 
  • Drive creative development and testing in partnership with creative and editorial partners. 
  • Oversee day-to-day paid media campaigns against monthly spend and acquisition goals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and technology to identify and segment target audiences and personalize marketing efforts.
  • Provide consistent reporting and analysis, offering perspective on successes, risks and opportunities. 
  • Foster a culture of testing and experimentation to identify successful strategies and optimizations.
  • Collaborate will editorial, product, design, and other teams on brand initiatives, acting as a leader and group expert for the Fashion and Luxury brands. 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years’ experience in marketing and paid advertising.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition, with demonstrated success in scaling spend for DTC brands.
  • Exceptional analytical skills; capable of turning data insights into actionable strategy.
  • Strong communication skills; adept at conveying strategy and results to stakeholders.
  • A multi-tasker and team player, comfortable working simultaneously across multiple brands. 
  • Highly effective collaborator who can drive initiatives effectively across cross-functional groups.
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of delivering measurable results and achieving KPIs.
  • Possesses a growth mindset – ready to take on tasks with agility in the face of change.  
  • Ability to communicate complex information in an easily digestible and thoughtful manner to stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic about marketing and digital + emerging channels and driving innovation. 
  • Resourceful, creative thinker with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience managing budgets, building forecasts and delivering against monthly spend and ROI targets.
  • Willingness to roll up their sleeves when needed to support broader team and get things done quickly.
  • Familiar with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.

This role requires the position to be located in New York, NY with an in-office presence of 3 days a week.
