Job Overview
The Business Analyst will be the liaison between the Office of Philanthropy department stakeholders, the CRM developers, and the Executive Director of Technology and Innovation. The Business Analyst will gather requirements from stakeholders, identify key players, research available technologies, develop project timelines, work with CRM developers, test solutions, provide training to end users, and document new systems and technologies. The Business Analyst will review and analyze current and proposed business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to identify, gather, and verify user requirements as user stories for CRM developers and the Executive Director of Technology and Innovation. Will establish delivery timeline, key milestones, and resource needs, and monitor delivery progress, including User Acceptance testing. Participate in design and testing activities, review code, and participate in system implementations.
- Once new systems or technologies have been developed by CRM developers, the Business Analyst will test the outcomes. Will perform data validation and system checks to ensure all requirements are met and outcomes are in alignment with stakeholders' needs.
- Training will be provided by the Business Analyst for all new and updated technologies. Training sessions will be performed via Teams or in person.
- The Business Analyst will document all new systems and technologies, including standard operating procedures, how-to, and one-sheets. These documents will fit within the guidelines of the CRM user manual and existing one-sheets.

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Computer literacy and high proficiency using MS Office Suite, Adobe Pro, Search Engines
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of development experience
Preferred:
- 2 of more years’ work experience in a technical support role
- Familiarity with Shriners donor relations process preferred
- Familiarity with donor terms and the procedures of department
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field
