POSITION SUMMARY

This position will work with our guest services department in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests and owners. Drives shuttles to transport owners and guests by performing the following duties in a courteous, helpful and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Drives shuttle vehicles in a safe manner to transport guests &owners to/from individual properties or central check-in area to ski area, downtown, or other local attractions during their stay.

• Assists guest with loading / unloading of skis, luggage or other personal items.

• Operates a cell phone app or similar device to communicate with Dispatcher, front desk and other shuttles driver, to receive instructions, report schedule, disruption of service, or accidents.

• Promptly reports any accident to direct supervisor and follows the specified accident procedures.

• Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements

• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Language Ability:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

• Math Ability:

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

• Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
