Change Management Expert (Remote)

We are seeking a strategic and empathetic Change Management Expert to steer our organization through transformational initiatives. This role will ensure changes are effectively planned, communicated, and adopted—mitigating resistance and maximizing positive impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and stakeholder analysis.

• Identify resistance and risk and design mitigation strategies.

• Lead communication campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.

• Provide coaching and training to managers and employees on new processes and behaviors.

• Monitor adoption and effectiveness through metrics and feedback, reporting to leadership.

• Integrate change efforts into broader project management plans.

• Guide post-implementation review and continuous improvement processes.

YOU’LL BRING: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change, transformation, or a similar role.

• Proficiency with frameworks like ADKAR or Kotter’s 8‑Step, and tools for change planning.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and project management skills.

PREFFERED SKILLS:

• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
• Industry experiences relevant to Prog.’s sector.

• Familiarity with communication platforms and training delivery tools.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence.

• Resilient and adaptive under uncertainty.

• Collaborative, consultative, and inclusive in approach.

• Data-informed decision-making.
