Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development with Python

• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI

• Hands-on experience with designing and maintaining ETL pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, Kafka, or Spark

• Proficiency in building and deploying microservices with RESTful APIs and message queues

• Deep understanding of both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis)

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems for EvoChat

• Lead the development of robust ETL pipelines to handle large-scale data ingestion and transformation

• Architect and deploy loosely coupled microservices ensuring performance and resilience

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers

• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and contribute to architectural decisions

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and system scalability issues

• Contribute to the backend technology roadmap and best practices
