Senior Manager, Content Strategy

The Senior Manager, Content Strategy plays a key role in shaping and executing the content strategy at eClinical Solutions. You will collaborate across marketing and with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content that educates, engages, and inspires action among our audiences. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on creation to drive awareness and demand for eClinical Solutions' clinical data and analytics solutions. You’ll bring creative energy, editorial excellence, and a passion for storytelling to every project, helping elevate eClinical’s brand and voice in the life sciences while ensuring consistency across all channels.

Your day to day: 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that identifies gaps and aligns with campaign objectives
• Own content calendar management to ensure timely creation, approval, and delivery of content across channels
• Build and maintain a content map and resource library, improving content visibility and reusability across teams
• Write engaging copy for email, web, and ads to drive awareness and conversion
• Lead development of assets to support brand storytelling and thought leadership
• Direct and collaborate with external contractors, freelance writers, and creative agencies to scale content production and maintain brand and quality standards
• Provide editorial direction and feedback to internal contributors and external partners to ensure consistency in tone, accuracy, and message alignment
• Oversee the company blog, from strategy and contributor enablement to editing, publication, and performance optimization
• Support conference and event marketing, including abstracts and sessions, in collaboration with internal and external subject matter experts
• Support social media content and channel management
• Create employer brand assets to strengthen recruitment and showcase company culture
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred 
• Background in pharma/biotech, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare preferred
• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or related roles preferred
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt to audience 
• Strong project management skills with experience maintaining content calendars and coordinating cross-functional teams 
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles 
• Experience with social media channels and performance-driven content strategies 
• Comfortable creating both long-form (blogs, thought leadership) and short-form (ads, email, web) content 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
• A collaborative, proactive mindset and passion for continuous learning and growth
