Task requirements   Domestic Considerations: FTRS (HC), some travel within UK and overnight duty will be required weekly. SFA & Mess availability within FTRS (HC) constraints.
Position Role:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       1. Support the Ed Br APP digitisation project 2023-2025 by compiling accurate educational data by checking all data types and performing validation to aid decision making.
2. Analyse, collect, sort and create testable electronic data of all educational standards and qualifications from recruitment to enrolment on apprenticeship.
3. Underpin Education Funding Skills Agency (ESFA) compliant digitised delivery and assurance of AAP by verifying validity of all data sources from DRS, TAFMIS, JPA and MAYTAS.
4. Liaise and Coord with Pers Pol (Army HQ) to handle complex data requests, reports and predictive text modelling that pertains to Apprenticeship educational DATA requirements.
5. Generate, resolve, and track queries to address problematic data identified during data review activities and apply proper modification/correct to modernise and digitise the AAP.
6. Increase the breadth and quality of data that is tracked, monitored and analysed for both internal use and external use to ensure digitisation optimises quality assurance requirements across AAP
7. Support SO2 AAP End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) to ensure digitisation specifications are met for data integration, planning and coordination to enable all End Point Assessment (EPA) requirements.
8. Implement procedures for creation/editing and collection of accurate educational qualification and standards data as required within the AAP Essential competencies   None specified Desirable competencies   Good working knowledge of apprenticeships.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
